Adaptaciones del entrenamiento seg\u00fan las cuatro fases del ciclo menstrual\u00a0<\/span><\/h4><h4><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">4. Control con encoder de la media sentadilla en su fase conc\u00e9ntrica, para observar la evoluci\u00f3n de la potencia desarrollada\u00a0<\/span><\/h4><h4><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">5. Test de pliegues, peso corporal y mediciones de diferentes per\u00edmetros<\/span><\/h4><h4><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">6.
